McNeall Plastics helped us overcome a dipper trip system that was requiring maintenance 12 times a month, resulting in downtime of 257 hours over the year. Their custom Austlon® wear liner kit not only reduced downtime & maintenance, but it also made materal handling easier due to its lightweight. And the end result was increased efficiencies which saw us save $3.4 million over the financial year!! Needless to say, we’ve been more than happy with the ongoing results from McNeall Plastics, that we have contonued to work with them since 2009.
